Jesse's Legs Were Removed Before Burial?
A newspaper article from 1902 states that JESSE'S LEGS WERE REMOVED FROM HIS BODY BEFORE BURIAL! Also,the article states that Martha Bolton was also in on getting the reward for the death of Jesse,it even states that it was HER idea for Jesse to take Bob into his home.Also,most interesting,the newspaper article that se...t off Bob and Charlie's plan didn't contain Dick Liddil's confession,but instead a heading that read: "MYSTERIOUS BOB IS GOING TO KILL JESSE JAMES,WHO IS MYSTERIOUS BOB?".....must read! Robert Ford's Grave Marker...
I found this to be extremely interesting...I found a photograph of Robert Ford's grave,and his marker states that he was born in 1841 and died in 1892....now,that would have made him 51-years-old when he was killed and also OLDER than Jesse when he met him! I don't know what to make of this because according to all records,Bob was born in 1862....so did someone purposely mess up on his marker...did Bob fake his death....or is this the wrong grave????
